Meta Pixel Helper Event Display Limitation

Meta Pixel Helper is an extension that can detect pixel events sent by our app to Facebook/TikTok. It helps you easily check whether the events set up through our app have been accurately recorded.

Why are the InitiateCheckout and Purchase events not showing up???

Because those two events need to work on Shopify's Checkout page, for security reasons, it is not allowed to add pixel code there, we have tracked the event for you in a different way so Meta Pixel Helper will not be able to detect or display them. However, rest assured that Pixel & Conversion API will be sent properly, please go to Event manager to check, or you can contact live chat so we can test the event for you.
