How to Disable Meta Pixel in Shopify

💡 Meta will not deduplicate events sent from Shopify native pixel and Avantify. To avoid duplicate tracking, you can't have both enabled.

  1. Go to your Shopify Dashboard. Search for Facebook & Instagram and click on the result.

  1. Under Settings, Click on Change as shown below.

  1. Turn off Share data.

  1. Save the settings.

  1. You should be seeing the following.

  1. Make sure that Facebook Pixel is also removed From Preferences.
